Life and Thoughts of a teenager during the Corona Virus outbreak.

In a life where we never like sitting simply and want to keep doing something, meeting people and making new contacts, we are now confined to the walls of our homes. The drastic change in the way we lead our lives is very difficult to be left unnoticed. I miss going for long drives, going out to the movies, going out for dinner with friends and family and I miss not worrying about corona virus. Today, we are all reading about how fast the virus spreads and how it affects people of different ages, differently. All my long drives have turned into long sessions of binge watching movies and series.

Today, most of my life revolves around technology. It is my only source of entertainment and enjoyment. As all of us are now stuck at home, I'm going to assume that it is the same for all of us. The amount of time I spend staring at a screen is now directly proportionate to how long I am awake and now no one can say anything about it, which does feel very weird. If we actually think about it, because of the corona virus outbreak, mostly, every single family living in an urban area, has at least one account registered with Netflix or Amazon Prime(click here to read more about this). You-tuber's are making more money than ever, sitting at home. The whole industry is going to see a drastic incline in revenue.

So much free time has also made me wonder whether we will be seeing an incline in the number of obese people. It is definitely something that has crossed everybody's mind, "Have I put on some weight ?" We don't know whats going to happen next, we are all in this together and for once, we all have equal chances at getting it. All we can do is make sure we keep everything clean, and keep ourselves clean all the time. Keep a bottle of sanitizer  with you at all times and make sure you wash your hands after getting back home from the supermarket. Stay safe.
